No More Hunt The Spreadsheet.
Yes, that is correct, no more looking around and drilling down folders for that elusive sales forecast sheet that you seem to always need. Always have it to hand. I am working with Excel 365, and this should be the process if you are using Excel 2010 onwards. Just follow the simple steps below.
Fist navigate to Excel’s recently accessed documents.
- File | Open
- Recent
- Find your workbook in the list of recent Excel workbooks.
- Click the pin
- The Excel workbook will move up to the Pinned area
Your workbook will remain here until you ‘unpin’ it. You most recent and frequently used Excel workbooks are to hand at all times. Once you use Pinned workbooks, it is a game changer.
