Find And Next Without the Dialog Box

You probably know already know how to use the Find & Replace function in Excel.  All you need to do is hit CTRL+F and you are able to look for just about anything on your Excel spreadsheet.  I use this function A LOT, but find the dialog box that pops up all of the time annoying when it overs up a lot of the data on my oExcel worksheet.

Clicking on the Find Next works, but the dialog box is annoying when it covers the worksheet.  Here is an Excel trick to keep the functionality of the Find Next, but without the Dialog box.

  • Hit CTRL+F as normal and perform your search as normal
  • Close down the Find and Replace dialog box
  • Hit F4

This will continue to highlight each of the items you are searching for without the hassle of the Find and Replace dialog box.

Give this one a go!.
