Well one example would be to highlight data issues such as data fields that are too long and no doubt would causes errors on a data import from one system to another. It would be hugely beneficial to highlight any issues before the import take place. We can use the LEN function to spot any items that are too long, let's add in a little extra oomph with conditional formatting to really make the data fields that are too long for import.
